Albina Katsman
Ukraine-born and Chicago-raised, Albina studied theatre at the Chicago Academy for the Arts and earned her BA from Loyola Marymount University. She trained and performed in Germany and Russia (Moscow Art Theatre) and honed her craft in LA with Lesly Kahn and Margie Haber. Her feature Alone premiered at the 2019 Cannes Film Festival. She’s thrilled to bring So Foreign to life!
Mariana Brassaroto
Mariana, a proud Latina from Rio de Janeiro, studied film in Germany and acting at Moscow Art Theatre before earning her degree at Loyola Marymount University. She has appeared in films and TV across South America and the U.S. As part of So Foreign productions, she works as a writer, producer, and art designer. Her dream? To create, lead, and showrun her own series—reach for the stars, right?
Andrea Perez
Andrea was born and raised in Los Angeles to a Uruguayan, French, Italian, and Spanish family. After studying Political Economy and French Literature at UC Berkeley, she moved to London and worked in Film Financing before transitioning to the banking and fintech world. After seven years abroad, she’s back in LA and back in film, excited to bring her global experience and passions full circle!
